Moisten the support with water on the fabric's dotted part and place it around the neck so that it is comfortable and, at the same time, has the most contact possible with the skin.

Generally, heat is felt after 15 minutes.

Due to the heat produced by the infrared rays that penetrate deeply, we can appreciate the feeling of heat for a long time after having removed the support, providing a pleasant, relaxing, and very beneficial effect.

It can also be used without wetting, but in this case, it will take longer to appreciate the same effects.

It should be washed without detergents, only with water so as not to damage its effectiveness.

Observations

Its use is not recommended for pregnant women or people with metallic prostheses in the neck area.
