How to use

Moisten the support with water on the part of the fabric with dots and place it around the wrist so that it is comfortable and, at the same time, has the most possible contact with the skin.

Generally, heat begins to be felt after 15 minutes.

Due to the heat produced by infrared rays penetrating in depth, we can appreciate the sensation of heat for quite some time after having removed the support, which provides a pleasant, relaxing, and very beneficial effect.

It can also be used without wetting, but in this case, it will take longer to appreciate the same effects.

It is advised to moisten it with chlorine-free water, as this could cause discomfort to the skin.

It should be washed without detergents, only with water so as not to damage its effectiveness.

Its use is not recommended for pregnant women or people with metallic prostheses at wrist height.

If the sensation of heat is excessive, immediately remove the support.
