Method to Strengthen and Tone the Pelvic Floor Muscles

The Irisballs are spheres containing a stainless steel ball that generates vibrations with the movement of the body. These vibrations cause the pelvic muscles to react with gentle contractions, helping to maintain the muscle tone of the pelvic floor and preserve the youthfulness of the feminine intimate area.

What is the Pelvic Floor?

The pelvic floor is a set of muscles that support the entire lower part of the abdomen, acting as a protective arch for the urinary bladder, uterus, and the lower part of the large intestine. The weakening of the pelvic floor muscles can lead to disorders such as urinary incontinence, prolapses, or sexual dysfunction. Several factors contribute to its weakening, including genetics, hormonal activity, and the strain of childbirth. Using Irisballs

When placed at the base of the vagina, the Irisballs generate an involuntary contraction of the pelvic muscles, due to the vibration between both spheres, thereby toning the pelvic muscles, allowing us to maintain the youthfulness of the feminine intimate area.

Precautions

CAUTION: IRISBALL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE STERILIZATION. It is easy to clean. You can clean it with water and soap or with Irisana Intima accessory cleaner.
